Sabina Sciubba is a contemporary European singer, composer and actress. She is the founder and lead singer of the grammy-nominated Band Brazilian Girls, recorded three solo albums and penned several film scores (including "Jimmy in Saigon", Oscar winner "Born into Brothels" and "The party's over" with Phillip Seymour Hoffman). She plays "Penelope" in the FX series Baskets alongside Zach Galifianakis. A polyglot, Sabina is known for her multi-lingual story-telling compositions, and her enigmatic contralto voice and stage presence.
